TRANSLUCENT COLOURED FILMS

DESCRIPTION
Translucent special PVC film, providing homogenous uniformity when viewed through or on to the materials. Ist silk- matt surface inhibits undesired reflection.

RELEASE PAPER
Silicone coated paper on one side, 137 g/m², with special release characteristics which provide excellent waste- stripping properties. For white vinyl a light blue silicone coated paper is used to form a stronger contrast to lettering.

ADHESIVE
Solvent-acrylic based, permanent adhesive.

AREA OF USE
This film is especially designed for permanent markings for internally illuminated signs and window graphics and meets the requirements of the computerized sign- marking industry. It is possible to paste up the film dry or moist whereby the adhesive does not change the colour.

Surfaces to which the material will be applied must be throughly cleaned from dust, grease or any contamination that could affect the adhesion of the material. Freshly lacquered or painted surfaces should be allowed to stand for at least three weeks after complete curing, prior to application of the stencil. The compatibility of selected
lacquers and paints should be tested by the end- user, prior to use.
